• AJGS repairs roofing system for multiple buildings, including assessing structural conditions to determine defects; removing old asphalt shingles, fascia metal, underlayment, flashing and vent tubs, cables, wiring, gutters, downspouts, etc; install new 40 mil Ice and water shield membrane, new fascia and drip metal, sheathing, and roof system, flashing and vent tubs, interior ceilings, underlayment, insulation, new 24ga prefinished steel SSMR panel system, new gutters and downspouts to match new SSMR panel system, etc.; provide 30 year warranty, complete work in accordance with contract specifications, manufacturer’s recommendations, and state building codes, Federal, Department of the Army, State of North Carolina, and Fort Bragg construction safety and environmental protection laws, regulations, rules and codes, U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), etc.) and the Fort Bragg Installation Design Guide (IDG)
